Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Management and Marketing Coordinator to join our team within the non-profit sector. This role requires an individual passionate about retail, customer service, and recreation facility operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and marketing, coupled with relevant experience in volunteer management and program coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our programs and services.
• Manage day-to-day operations of retail and customer service functions, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all clients and volunteers.
• Utilize volunteer management software to recruit, train, and support volunteers across various programs.
• Create and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms to enhance community engagement and outreach.
• Collaborate with team members to design and execute events and recreational activities that align with our mission.
• Analyze marketing campaigns and program effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Foster relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and volunteers to enhance program visibility and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in management, marketing, retail, customer service, or a recreation facility role.
• Familiarity with Digital Cheetah or similar volunteer management software.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
