Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment for all visitors.
• Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote programs and events, leveraging both traditional and digital platforms.
• Utilize volunteer management software to coordinate volunteer efforts, recruit community members, and manage schedules, ensuring efficient operations and enhanced community involvement.
• Engage with the community through social media platforms, crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience and raises awareness of our programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to design, implement, and evaluate programs that meet the needs of our community and align with the organization’s mission.
• Monitor and analyze marketing efforts and their effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to improve outreach and engagement.
• Support fundraising efforts through marketing initiatives and community outreach, fostering relationships with local businesses and community leaders.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in management, marketing, customer service, or related roles, preferably within a non-profit environment.
• Familiarity with volunteer management software and social media platforms is essential. Experience with Digital Cheetah is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
