The ideal candidate will have a technical marketing background and demonstrable experience with the end-to-end process of building and maintaining global websites, a solid foundation in digital marketing principles, and a proven background in project management. You will be at the center of transforming our digital strategy and managing programs that have a direct impact on the company’s success.This role will partner with teams and stakeholders throughout the business to define project scope and timelines, assess and manage risks, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and lead the implementation and delivery of programs that continuously evolve and improve our marketing websites.What you’ll get to do

  • Work closely with team leadership and stakeholders throughout the business to drive the execution of large cross-functional web projects, define and evolve Marketing processes, and help manage website updates within our Content Management System (CMS).
  • Oversee the web team’s project management tool, including intake, assignment, triage, and backlog grooming.
  • Ensure project requirements are gathered upfront; transform business and technical requirements into actionable plans.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders with regards to timing, scope, resources, and issue management.
  • Ensure UAT testing occurs throughout the project lifecycle and review items before delivery to guarantee efficiency and quality.
  • Work closely with project management counterparts from other Marketing and IT functions to draft and execute cross-functional plans and processes.
  • Coordinate with other creative and technical teams within Marketing to help scope and track dependencies for Web team projects, including design, copy, and measurement.
  • Identify potential issues or challenges to project completion and recommend solutions.
  • Evaluate, document, improve, and standardize processes related to website projects and tasks.
  • Work with Director of Web and Digital Strategy to continue to define and refine the role to support individual growth and development.

Skills and experience we value

  • 8+ years’ experience with executing digital programs and maintaining global websites for large enterprises.
  • Experience working with an enterprise-level CMS (Kentico preferred).
  • Experience managing and maintaining chatbots or visitor engagement tools (Drift preferred).
  • Experience with website localization for global audiences leveraging a translation and content localization platform.
  • Experience working with project management tools (Asana preferred).
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams where collaboration is necessary.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with and between technical and non-technical colleagues, including individuals at multiple levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle shifting priorities and balance concurrent or competing timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Superior organization skills with great attention to detail.
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
