Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Learning Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage various digital platforms such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), intranet, and communication tools like Slack to drive engagement and foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize digital platforms to design and implement engaging learning experiences that promote continuous professional development.
• Monitor and evaluate training programs to assess their effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, UX, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all learning channels.
• Develop strategies to enhance user engagement and participation in training initiatives.
• Analyze data and feedback to improve learning content and delivery methods.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in digital learning, instructional design, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leveraging digital tools for learning and engagement.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with current trends in e-learning and digital education technologies.
