Key Responsibilities:

• Benefits Administration: Assist clients in managing employee benefits programs, providing guidance on enrollment processes, and addressing any inquiries or issues.
• Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel accounts through proactive communication, including telephone calls and targeted email campaigns.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to design and implement targeted campaigns that promote our HR solutions, showcasing the value of our payroll and benefits offerings.
• Advisory Services: Provide clients with tailored advice on HR technology solutions that meet their evolving needs and enhance their operational efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our payroll and benefits services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR technology platforms and tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
