You will take charge of managing inventory levels and optimizing ordering processes to align with budgetary constraints while safeguarding our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ordering & Cost Management:

  • Oversee daily inventory orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Analyze and manage costs related to procurement and inventory.
  • Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines while maximizing resource efficiency.

• Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor product quality and consistency across all operations.
  • Implement quality control measures and feedback systems to continuously improve processes.

• Marketing Events Participation:

  • Actively participate in marketing events that directly contribute to promoting our brand and products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that enhance customer engagement.
  • Assist in organizing and executing events to ensure alignment with operational goals.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align operations with marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support event logistics and operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost analysis and inventory management.
• Experience in operations or supply chain management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
