LSCA’s hard-working sales team has this exciting undergraduate-level sales opportunity to prepare you for future opportunities throughout our organization.
You will work with an outstanding team, developing your skills as you assist in prospecting and selling LSCA company products, solutions, and services to customers throughout North America.
Agilent’s innovative Chromatography, Spectroscopy, and Cell Analysis product lines will be your foundation for developing your skills and knowledge as part of this exciting group, you will help us grow our multibillion-dollar business and outpace the market.
As an integral member of a sales team, you will partner with the field marketing and sales staff focusing on acquiring new customers and retaining and growing the existing installed base of customers.
In this role, you interpret customer needs, and proactively act to understand those needs, actively build business opportunities, and represent Agilent in all sales related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting prospect of the team’s sales funnel, together with proactively seeking out business opportunities via Marcom or other creative business initiatives
- Regular communication of deals, issues and opportunities with the relevant Field Engineer will also be required
- Your excellent technical knowledge and interpersonal skills are essential for working with customers
- The ability to learn technical scientific product information and application knowledge is important
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Pursuing Bachelors degree and completion of second year in a life sciences or other relevant biological/chemistry field from a 4-year university
- Experience not required but may have up to 2 years of relevant sales experience
- This role is for 4 months and full-time
- 100% remote role as long as candidate is located anywhere in Canada
