We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Specialist (CAS) to join our dynamic team at Sonny’s Car Wash Services. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with mid and senior-level management, marketing teams, and technical staff to strengthen and enhance our customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work effectively with marketing, technical, and other internal teams to align customer requirements with service offerings.

• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:
