Position Overview:
The Customer Account Specialist (CAS) will play a pivotal role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with mid and senior-level management, marketing teams, and technical staff at Sonny’s Car Wash Services. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement, while also collaborating with various internal departments to enhance and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

• Collaboration: Work closely with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and services that meet customer requirements.
