What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the VP, Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL), the Senior Director is an integral member of the Senior Management Team and is responsible for the planning and delivery of a leading edge acquisition strategy with the objective of growing the RESL business and market share.

How You’ll Succeed

Strategy and Planning – As a member of the RESL senior leadership team, the Senior Director will actively lead and participate in ongoing strategic planning related to growth plans for the product line; Perform in-depth analysis of relevant information for the purpose of identifying opportunities, developing strategic proposals and competitive strategies; Develop strategies for RESL product offerings with a specific goal of increasing business revenue, growing market share and optimizing acquisition costs; Act as liaison and conduit for RESL in order to drive innovation on digital acquisition investing; Work with the Sales, Digital, Marketing, Legal, Communications, Analytical teams to oversee, communicate and align business plans to ensure seamless delivery of strategy and plans, Accountable for ensuring RESL has up to date competitive analysis, client analysis and client feedback reporting and feedback for RESL industry and client base.

Strategic Partnership Development – Design and Build an industry leading RESL partnership platform with key players from across the home ecosystem that will enable CIBC to engage with potential homebuyers throughout their home journey and deepen the value proposition of RESL products. Hands on oversight to the development of strategic relationships with internal and external partners, realtors, builders, home retailers and service providers. Accountable for the planning and delivery of client facing programs and offers.

Optimize Acquisition Efforts – Enable RESL to consistently be in the top three of market share leaders by: Developing competitive strategies that reflect a deep understanding of consumers; Fostering a culture of test and learn and a maniacal management of acquisition costs; Ensuring the distribution channels are set up to win by delivering powerful offers with seamless execution; Fostering an ongoing feedback circle from key stakeholders across the value chain; Delivering accurate forecasts that will ensure partners can resource themselves effectively and efficiently; take an active role in the identification and recommendation of future process improvements, channel evolution opportunities, digital initiatives, as well as, new partners through active awareness and understanding of key performance and market indicators that will contribute to long term and annual planning; Act as a key SME on process design to ensure the design and execution of a holistic customer experience.

Employee Performance & Development – Lead, motivate and coach on an on-going basis. Identify gaps and develop action plans to achieve optimum performance results; ensure Managers are managing the performance of employees within their teams; Initiate team building activities with direct reports to encourage Managers to work together and build employee engagement; Provide visible leadership by frequently spending time on the floor, actively engaged with Managers/Supervisors and employees.

Who You Are

You can demonstrate experience in Comprehensive knowledge of the housing industry and clients. High level of knowledge of traditional and digital lead generation programs; Strong financial acumen and analytical skills; Strong negotiating and influencing skills sufficient to significantly promote/and or negotiate with internal partners and external clients; Strategic thinking and planning skills; Problem solving skills sufficient to creatively develop unique approaches and solutions necessary to resolve complex matters; High level of independent judgment and ability to assess complex situations; Ability to work within an environment of ambiguity

Seeking a Service Advisor for a busy dealership in Langley. This is a customer-facing role, managing service and repair requirements for each vehicle that comes into the dealership.

Duties:
– Greet customers and determine their needs for service or repair
– Answer any questions or concerns the customer may have
– Provide accurate estimates for the cost and time required for the service or repair
– Liaise with the technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of work
– Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
– Handle invoicing and payment processing for completed work
– Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dealership or automotive service environment
