Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, managing feedback, and facilitating effective communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive project success.

• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
• Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients, showcasing campaign performance and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in client service, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
