The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, combined with a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in client service or account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, managing feedback, and facilitating effective communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive project success.

- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in client service, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
