Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing and Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage client feedback to enhance our services continuously and actively participate in grassroots marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Feedback Analysis:

    • Collect and analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in our services.
    • Collaborate with the team to implement changes based on client insights, ensuring we meet and exceed client expectations.
  2. Marketing Strategy Execution:

    • Follow the InCenter marketing plan to effectively communicate our brand and offerings.
    • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  3. Community Engagement:

    • Actively engage with the local community through grassroots marketing activities and events.
    • Build and maintain relationships with local organizations and stakeholders to enhance community presence.
  4. Promotional Activities:

    • Participate in planning and executing local marketing events and initiatives that promote our services.
    • Leverage social media and digital platforms to increase outreach and engagement within the community.
  5. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall organizational goals.
    • Contribute ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, community engagement, or related areas.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret feedback to drive service improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
