In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing contract renewals, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients. Your mission is to foster strong partnerships that drive satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Contract Renewals: Oversee the contract renewal process, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups to sustain client engagement and loyalty.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop strategies that enhance client success and drive performance.
• Preparation of Materials: Prepare and present reports, renewal proposals, and success metrics to clients, showcasing the value of our services.
• Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to relay feedback and drive improvements in products and services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in client management or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
