Job description: Pacston Canada is on the hunt for Client Success Managers to work onsite at the Toronto office to manage global immigration cases. This position acts as a point of contact and support for clients who require global immigration applications. The duty of this position is to communicate with clients regarding their immigrant applicants’ inquiries on the phone or through the Case Management system. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are interested in the law / legal field, receiving training and exposure to the field of federal law and assisting in global talent migration.

Ideal applicants should be able to work 40 hours every week.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding immigration applications to achieve satisfaction

2. Learn the Case Management System used by the company to be able to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries

3. Learn to identify clients’ needs in order to recommend the appropriate service or direct them to the relevant team

4. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools/methods

5. Place USCIS service request calls regarding immigration applications

6. Be able to process forms, applicants, or requests

Required Qualifications:

1. Excellent customer service and communication skills

2. Strong attention to detail

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills

4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

5. Adaptability and flexibility in order to deal with different customers and needs in a short period of time

6. Demonstrated professional demeanour

7. Excellent multitasking and time management skills

8. Have a BA degree

9. Relevant internship or work experience as assets
