We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Services Development and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the development and marketing of new services and referral sources, playing a key part in driving our growth and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop innovative services that meet client needs.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform service development strategies.
• Develop marketing materials and campaigns to effectively promote new services, including digital content, brochures, and presentations.
• Facilitate partnerships with referral sources and stakeholders, nurturing relationships to enhance service visibility and accessibility.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and workshops to showcase new services and engage potential clients.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and service uptake, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse groups.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for service innovation.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics software.
