Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with fitters to minimize challenges related to hearing aid fitting, offering guidance and support as needed.

• Contribute to training and development efforts aimed at enhancing staff knowledge surrounding our digital platforms and hearing care solutions.

Qualifications:

• Background in audiology, hearing technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with team members and customers.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a passion for improving the hearing care experience.
• Experience in marketing or event coordination is a plus.
