Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with field staff to help coordinate and support various marketing events, fostering strong relationships within the community.
• Assist in the training and development of fitters to enhance their skills and minimize fitting errors, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for staff and customers regarding the latest hearing care technologies and digital platforms.
• Engage with customers and staff to gather feedback, providing insights to improve product offerings and service excellence.

Qualifications:
