As a Hearing Care Technology Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our comprehensive range of hearing care technologies, which includes various hearing brands and innovative digital platforms. Your expertise will contribute significantly to managed care initiatives and enhance the experience of both staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Support: Provide expert guidance on the full spectrum of hearing care technologies, ensuring staff and customers receive high-quality service and assistance.

• Collaboration: Work closely with field staff to organize, support, and promote marketing events aimed at increasing awareness and accessibility of our hearing care products.

• Fitter Support: Assist in minimizing fitter-level challenges by offering solutions, training, and ongoing support to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction.

• Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide comprehensive information about our hearing technologies and services.

• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from staff and customers to identify areas for improvement in our service delivery and technology offerings.

Qualifications:
