Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with field staff to support and enhance marketing initiatives and events related to hearing care solutions.
• Provide expert assistance and training to staff regarding the use of hearing technologies.
• Facilitate communication between field staff and customers to ensure optimal service delivery and satisfaction.
• Assist in minimizing fitter-level discrepancies, ensuring consistency and efficiency in hearing care practices.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in hearing technologies to inform staff and customers effectively.
• Participate in regular meetings to report on marketing event effectiveness and gather feedback from staff and customers.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in audiology or hearing care technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in marketing or event coordination is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with an understanding of digital platforms related to hearing care.
