This includes working with distinct hearing brands, digital platforms, and managed care systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with field staff to support and enhance marketing events, ensuring that all initiatives align with company goals and customer needs.
• Provide technical assistance and support to both staff and customers, addressing inquiries related to hearing care technologies.
• Help minimize fitter-level challenges by providing training, resources, and expert guidance.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in hearing technology to provide informed recommendations and solutions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and technical issues to improve service delivery and product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Audiology, Communication Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in the hearing care industry or a related technology field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
• Proficiency in digital platforms and familiarity with marketing principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
