Job Description:

The Data Management Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our digital database for AdventHealth Foundation Donor Relations and Marketing. This position involves converting data from various sources, including hard copies and digital formats, into a structured digital database.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and compile data from diverse sources, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer into the digital database.
• Create and execute queries to extract meaningful information from existing data sets, aiding in the analysis and reporting processes.
• Generate exports and detailed reports to support the AdventHealth Foundation’s donor relations and marketing initiatives.
• Assist leadership in developing strategies for data utilization to enhance donor engagement and marketing efforts.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements in data management and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in database management and data analysis tools.
• Experience with data entry, query creation, and report generation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also managing independent tasks.
• Knowledge of donor relations and marketing principles is a plus.
