Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Verification and Transfer Specialist to join our team at AdventHealth Foundation. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and transferring data from various sources, including hard copies and digital formats, into our digital database. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, which informs key decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and convert data from diverse sources, both hard copy and digital, into our secure digital database.
• Create and run queries to analyze data and generate insightful reports for leadership.
• Collaborate effectively with the AdventHealth Foundation Donor Relations team to support fundraising initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between the Donor Relations and Marketing teams, facilitating clear communication and effective project execution.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in data entry and database management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret queries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between departments.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience with data management software and tools is preferred.
