Job Description: Clinical Research Associate (CRA) / Clinical Research Coordinator (CRO)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) / Clinical Research Coordinator (CRO) to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with monitors, auditors, and external marketing groups engaged by the Sponsor to ensure the successful implementation and oversight of clinical trials. The ideal candidate will be adept at utilizing various psychiatric rating scales to assess and evaluate trial participants effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including monitors, auditors, and marketing groups, to facilitate trial operations.
  • Utilize various psychiatric rating scales to evaluate participant data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with study protocols.
  • Conduct site visits and audits to monitor compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain study documentation, including case report forms, regulatory submissions, and trial master files.
  • Assist in training site staff and ensuring they are equipped to conduct the trial effectively.
  • Collect and analyze data, providing feedback and recommendations to improve study execution.
  • Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure seamless project progression and adherence to timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, nursing, life sciences).
  • Previous experience in clinical research, preferably in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting.
  • Familiarity with psychiatric rating scales and outcome measures.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
