Job Description: Clinical Research Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with sponsors, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), monitoring teams, auditors, and marketing groups hired by the sponsor. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that clinical trials are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and within protocol guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sponsors, CROs, and monitoring teams to coordinate clinical trial activities and ensure effective communication.
  • Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of psychiatric rating scales and assessments, ensuring accurate data collection and adherence to protocols.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct audits of clinical trial processes to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other applicable regulations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of trial activities, including subject enrollment, informed consent, and data reporting.
  • Training: Provide training to site staff and team members on study protocols and psychiatric rating scales.
  • Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with marketing groups engaged by the sponsor to align study objectives with promotional strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Psychology, Nursing).
  • Previous experience in a clinical research setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of psychiatric assessment and rating scales.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
