Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our team. The CRC will play a pivotal role in coordinating clinical trials under the guidance of Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations (CROs). You will work closely with Monitors, Auditors, and various marketing teams hired by the Sponsor to ensure the successful execution of research studies.
Key Responsibilities:

Study Coordination: Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocol, regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures.

Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the Sponsor or CRO and site staff, including Monitors and Auditors, to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.

Participant Management: Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants, and ensure their safety and well-being throughout the trial process.

Data Collection: Utilize various psychiatric rating scales and other assessment tools to gather accurate clinical data, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and data integrity.

Documentation: Maintain all study-related documentation, including regulatory submissions, informed consent forms, and source documents.

Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to assist in the development of promotional materials and recruitment strategies to enhance trial visibility and enrollment.

Training & Mentorship: Train and mentor junior staff or interns on clinical trial protocols, data collection methods, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, nursing, psychology).
- Previous experience in clinical research and knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize psychiatric rating scales effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
