Job Title: Da Vinci® Surgery Resource

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Da Vinci® Surgery Resource to serve as the key liaison across all primary surgical specialties. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting surgical teams and healthcare professionals by providing in-depth expertise and training on the use of the Da Vinci® Surgical System.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Clinical Support: Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff across various surgical specialties to facilitate the effective use of the Da Vinci® Surgical System in their procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

  2. Education & Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for surgical teams on system operation, best practices, and the latest advancements in robotic-assisted surgery.

  3. Sales and Marketing Assistance: Support regional sales efforts through participation in promotional events and marketing initiatives. Help organize and coordinate educational workshops, demonstrations, and industry conferences that highlight the capabilities of the Da Vinci® system.

  4. Resource Development: Create and maintain educational materials, presentation content, and case studies that showcase the benefits and successes of robotic surgery.

  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for growth, develop targeted marketing strategies, and share insights gathered from the surgical field.

  6. Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze feedback from surgical teams to continuously improve training programs and resource materials, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Background in healthcare, with a focus on surgical practices or medical devices preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse groups.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed for events and training sessions.
