We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Liaison to enhance our Sales Force, Product Development, Marketing, and Quality teams through your clinical expertise. In this role, you will serve as a bridge between the clinical and commercial aspects of our organization, ensuring that all teams are well-versed in our products’ clinical applications and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Expertise: Provide in-depth clinical knowledge to support our Sales Force in effectively communicating product benefits and usage to healthcare professionals.

2. Collaboration: Work closely with Product Development teams to offer insights on clinical needs and market trends, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of care.

3. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop accurate and compliant promotional materials, ensuring all messaging reflects clinical evidence and aligns with regulatory guidelines.

4. Quality Assurance: Partner with Quality teams to ensure all products meet clinical efficacy standards and that all materials align with best practices in healthcare delivery.

5. Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for Sales Force and internal teams, equipping them with the necessary clinical information to support their initiatives.

6. Research and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, research studies, and clinical guidelines that may impact our products and the healthcare landscape.

7. Feedback Mechanism: Gather feedback from sales interactions with healthcare professionals to inform product improvements and future development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related clinical field.
• Proven experience in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of healthcare practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex clinical information clearly.
• Experience in a sales, marketing, or product development environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
