Job Description: Clinical Liaison

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Liaison to bridge the gap between our clinical expertise and various departments within our organization. This role will involve providing valuable clinical insights and support to our Sales Force, Product Development, Marketing, and Quality teams, ensuring that all departments are equipped with the necessary medical knowledge to drive successful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Support: Offer extensive clinical knowledge and expertise to the Sales Force, enhancing their understanding of our products and ensuring they can effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.

• Collaboration with Product Development: Work closely with the Product Development team to provide input based on clinical experience, influencing product design and development based on real-world applications and patient needs.

• Marketing Insights: Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop and approve clinical content for promotional materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regulatory standards.

• Quality Assurance: Partner with the Quality team to assess clinical data and contribute to quality control processes, ensuring that our products meet clinical standards and requirements.

• Training & Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams, improving their clinical knowledge and capabilities through educational programs and materials.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all clinical content and practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• A relevant degree in a clinical field (Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine, etc.).
• Previous experience in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of medical terminologies and practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information to non-clinical professionals.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the medical field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
