Job Description: Code Inspections Associate

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Code Inspections Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in managing the Profit & Loss (P & L) aspects of our services while playing a vital part in marketing and business development related to our code inspection services. Your efforts will directly contribute to strengthening client relationships and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of Profit & Loss (P & L) reports to ensure financial performance aligns with company goals.
• Actively market our code inspection services by maintaining and developing positive client interactions.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and business development activities that promote our services and enhance client engagement.
• Support the team in preparing marketing materials and presentations to potential clients.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with our service offerings.
• Collaborate with the inspection team to ensure services are delivered effectively and meet client expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships with clients.
• Basic understanding of financial principles, particularly in managing P & L.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to contribute to team success.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
