Title: Manager, Customer Service

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 a year

The Manager, Customer Service will be responsible for leading and developing a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer service delivery. The successful candidate will be accountable for overseeing all aspects of the customer service function, including managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. The Manager, Customer Service will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment, as well as developing and implementing training and development programs for the customer service team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service. A minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a customer service environment is required. A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field is an asset.
