Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Peterborough, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to existing and potential clients. This includes handling incoming calls, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.

Responsibilities:
