This will include helping to develop the early talent strategy and partnering with business leaders and external partners to position Colliers as an employer of choice. You thrive on creating relationships with leaders, while also guiding and assisting early talent on their initial career journey. You also have an understanding of the importance of a positive experience for stakeholders and strive to create memorable experiences.***Please note that this is a 13 month contract role based in our Toronto or Vancouver office locations with the expectation of coming into the office 2 days a week.***In this role, you will:Develop and implement a comprehensive early careers strategy to align with business prioritiesManage the attraction and recruitment process with a focus on process efficiency, relationship building and guiding hiring leaders on the best approach to identifying and hiring top talentPartner closely with Talent Acquisition to manage internship and co-op recruitment and onboarding, including planning and organizing orientation, learning & development, and networking events.Create relationships with business stakeholders to explain program objectives, seeking alignment and buy-in. Coach the business through the end-to-end early career program process while explaining how they can best partner the early talentMaintain relationships with external DEI programs, career services, and student organizations that support recruitment initiative.Manage and organize Colliers on campus presence by partnering with internal stakeholder to attend relevant early talent eventsGuide the work and development of the Early Careers CoordinatorDesign and deliver training sessions and workshops that support the professional development of early career professionals.Collect and analyze early careers program data to evaluate effectiveness and measure ROI.Educate candidates on the career growth potential, benefits, and the many advantages of working at Colliers.Work closely with other People Services stakeholders to ensure alignment with other firm initiatives.Act as a thought leader in the space of early careers and talent development.What you bringSignificant relevant experience in a leadership role, with a strong understanding of campus recruiting, ideally managing early talent programs across Canada and the USAbility to prioritize and work independently and collaboratively with remote teams.Bachelor’s Degree and/or completion of a Human Resources Program, or relevant field preferred.Ability to develop strong relationships with hiring teams and leadership within Colliers and with external educational institutions and early career partners.Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.Proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful.Approximate Salary Range for this role: $100,000/year -$130,000/yearOur salary ranges are determined by tole, level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations.
