Our GIS Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) while contributing to innovative real-life projects in the commercial real estate industry.In this role, you will…Analyze geospatial data (using GIS tools such as ESRI ArcGIS and QGIS) to provide actionable insights for brokers and clients.Generate clear, accurate visualizations, including maps, charts, and graphs, to effectively communicate findings.Assist with the maintenance and improvement of spatial databases and mapping tools.Contribute to research projects, including market analysis and location intelligence reports.Collaborate with internal teams to solve real-world problems using GIS technologies.Use Python or other programming language to automate production of deliverables, capturing of data and other efficiencies.Other duties as required.What you’ll bringStudents or recent graduates in Geography, Urban Planning, GIS, or a related field.0-1 year experienced in and proficiency in GIS software such as ESRI ArcGIS (Pro, Online), QGIS, or related tools.Experience with Python or other programming knowledge.Analytical thinkers with a knack for data visualization and storytelling.Detail-oriented and skilled in managing spatial data sets.Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about GIS in the commercial real estate industry.Love and passionate about technology and how it can be leverage in the business environment.Make your next move an expert one and join us as we lead the industry into the future.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis.
