Job Description: Funnel Metrics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Funnel Metrics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing funnel metrics on a weekly basis to identify and close gaps in our performance. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to execute demand-generation campaigns, coordinate events, and implement channel improvements.

Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing our digital tools and training programs to boost efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction. Your analytical skills and proactive approach will ensure our marketing efforts effectively resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on funnel metrics weekly.
• Identify performance gaps and develop strategies to address them.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute demand-generation campaigns.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events and improvements to existing channels.
• Evaluate and recommend digital tools that enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop training materials and programs to increase team competency and customer engagement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
