Job Description: Funnel Metrics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Funnel Metrics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing funnel metrics on a weekly basis, identifying gaps, and implementing strategies to optimize performance. You will work closely with the Marketing team to execute demand-generation campaigns, organize events, and drive channel improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze funnel metrics weekly to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute effective demand-generation campaigns.
• Plan and coordinate events that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Implement digital tools and training programs that improve operational efficiency and boost customer satisfaction.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and tools, making adjustments as necessary to maximize outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of demand-generation strategies and marketing metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
