We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Funnel Metrics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing funnel metrics on a weekly basis to identify trends, close gaps, and enhance our overall marketing effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to execute demand-generation campaigns, manage events, and implement channel improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze funnel metrics weekly to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work alongside the Marketing team to plan and execute demand-generation campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Event Management: Assist in organizing and executing marketing events that drive engagement and generate leads.
• Channel Improvements: Identify enhancements in marketing channels and recommend digital tools to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
• Training: Develop and deliver training initiatives to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in marketing analytics or coordination, preferably within a demand-generation context.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
