Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Funnel Metrics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing funnel metrics on a weekly basis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to design and execute effective demand-generation campaigns, events, and channel initiatives. Additionally, you will play a critical role in implementing digital tools and training programs aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on funnel metrics weekly, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute demand-generation campaigns and events.
• Coordinate channel improvements to optimize customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Assess and implement digital tools to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff are equipped to utilize new tools and strategies effectively.
• Track and report on the success of campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing analytics and metrics management.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
