Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Funnel Metrics and Campaign Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in analyzing our marketing funnel metrics on a weekly basis, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance our demand-generation campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to execute initiatives that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Funnel Analysis: Monitor and analyze funnel metrics weekly to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in the customer journey.
  • Campaign Coordination: Partner with the Marketing team to seamlessly execute demand-generation campaigns, events, and channel improvements.
  • Digital Tools Implementation: Assess and implement digital tools designed to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  • Training Development: Create and deliver training programs to enhance team knowledge and skills, improving overall performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate and present reports on campaign performance and funnel metrics to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in marketing analytics, campaign management, or related roles.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with demand-generation strategies and techniques.
  • Familiarity with customer satisfaction metrics and improvement processes.
