We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Independent Marketing Specialist to focus on smaller and less complex accounts. In this role, you will independently analyze client coverage needs and make informed decisions to optimize their insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough client analyses to determine appropriate coverage options.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients to ensure optimal service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Producers and Marketing Account Executives to assist in the management of larger accounts as needed.
• Exercise independent judgment in assessing client needs and providing tailored marketing solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and product offerings to better serve clients and enhance marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build robust relationships with clients and carriers.
• Experience in insurance marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing your own accounts effectively.
