Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Content Development Specialist to join our team, working closely with the VP of Business Development and the Director of Marketing. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can transition seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate: Partner with the VP of Business Development and Director of Marketing to align content strategies with overall business goals.

• Conduct Interviews: Engage with subject matter experts to gather insights and information that will inform and enrich our marketing content.

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for various marketing channels, including blogs, newsletters, social media, and website copy that resonates with our target audience.

• Manage Inquiries: Handle public inquiries as needed, providing timely and accurate responses that reflect our brand voice and messaging.

• Content Strategy: Assist in the planning and execution of content strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.

• Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content creation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation and marketing.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
