Job Description: Regional Engagement Coordinator

Overview:
The Regional Engagement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering communication and collaboration within our region. This position involves organizing and facilitating semi-annual Town Halls and other strategic meetings to share key information and updates. You will serve as a vital link between regional leaders, the Community Development Manager (CDM)/CRA, and various departments, including Marketing, the Truist Foundation, and the Truist Charitable Fund.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication Facilitation: Organize semi-annual Town Halls to engage regional stakeholders, disseminate important information, and encourage open dialogue.
• Collaboration: Work closely with regional leaders, CDM/CRA, and marketing teams to align objectives and share insights.
• Information Sharing: Collect and curate relevant updates, initiatives, and achievements to communicate back to the team and external partners.
• Strategic Partnerships: Liaise with the Truist Foundation and Truist Charitable Fund to integrate community development projects and initiatives within the regional strategy.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track engagement metrics and gather feedback to continually enhance communication strategies and overall effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in community engagement, project management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
