Job Title: Property Operations Manager

Job Description:

The Property Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful day-to-day operations of the property, including financial management, administrative tasks, sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and maintenance oversight. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure that all facets of the property are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure seamless functionality across all departments, including finance, administration, sales, marketing, and maintenance.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, manage expenses, and analyze financial reports to ensure profitability and sustainability of the property.
  • Marketing Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement innovative marketing and leasing strategies to maximize tenant occupancy and drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to establish and meet occupancy targets and develop competitive leasing packages.
  • Property Maintenance: Oversee maintenance operations to ensure the property is well-maintained, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of staff to foster a collaborative work environment and ensure all operational goals are met.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay informed of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in property management, operations, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, marketing strategies, and customer service principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans based on market insights.
