Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the financial, administrative, sales, marketing, and maintenance functions of our properties. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that company standards are met and maintained, while actively working to enhance the impact and appeal of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations across financial, administrative, sales, marketing, and maintenance departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.

• Standard Compliance: Ensure that all company policies and standards are adhered to, maintaining the highest level of integrity and quality in property management.

• Marketing & Leasing Strategies: Develop and implement innovative marketing and leasing strategies to boost property occupancy rates and revenue growth.

• Revenue Management: Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining a high occupancy rate.

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages excellence and accountability.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and tenants to drive satisfaction and engagement.

• Data Analysis: Utilize market data and property performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in property management or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and budget management.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
