Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing and Leasing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial statements and reviewing current and projected marketing information. Your insights will help assess operational reports that establish key performance indicators related to property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements to determine property performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Evaluate current marketing strategies and project future marketing trends to enhance property visibility and attractiveness.
• Access and interpret operational reports to forecast occupancy rates and assess market conditions.
• Develop and implement short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies aimed at maximizing occupancy and revenue.
• Collaborate with property management teams to align marketing initiatives with operational goals.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and leasing strategies, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, marketing strategy development, and property management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting tools and software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
