Join our commitment to providing exceptional food service to the best of business and industry.Job SummaryThe Guest Experience Associate is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives and staff members at all timesNow, if you were to come on board as our Guest Experience Associate, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Welcome customers by determining their coffee interests and needs
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu, answering questions
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Process transactions accurately, including handling payments and issuing receipts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area.
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback to enhance the overall experience.
  • Assist in coordinating events, reservations, or special requests as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Support other departments as required to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Replenish retail offerings and serve orders to the table.
  • Deliver personalized customer service by anticipating guest needs and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Prepare coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, cafe latte, and cappuccino
  • Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar
  • Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
  • Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar

  • Previous work experience as a Barista is an asset
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
  • Excellent listening and oral communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology / equipment.
