Description:
Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in Toronto, ON. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement, developing and implementing business solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather and analyze business requirements
– Prepare documentation such as business requirements, process flow diagrams, and use cases
– Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery
– Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop and implement business solutions
– Provide support and training to end-users on new processes or systems

Qualifications:
