Job description: The Change Orders Specialist is responsible for managing and processing change orders for various projects within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience, with a strong understanding of the change order process. They must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus. The Change Orders Specialist will work closely with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure that change orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
