Job description: The Change Orders Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of change orders within a project, from initiation to completion. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of recent marketing, business development, and sales experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients. The Change Orders Specialist must be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure to ensure that change orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner. A strong understanding of project management principles and experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
