You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-2 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.How You’ll SucceedCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Tech, to align on their reporting needs and ensure seamless integration of their data sources to Customer Journey Analytics.Data Governance & Documentation: You will develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and guides for Customer Journey Analytics, facilitating security, data accuracy, and knowledge sharing.Communication: You will create, oversee, and maintain a training module for hundreds of employees in support of enterprise adoption of Customer Journey Analytics.Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize your analytical skills to generate insightful reports in Customer Journey Analytics that drive strategic decision-making. You will create and maintain a template for all published reports to follow.Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate coding skills in SQL and Python to manipulate and analyze data effectively. Your technical expertise will be helpful for data validation and ingestion into Customer Journey Analytics, and the development of other automated reporting processes.Who You AreYou can demonstrate 1 to 2 years of work experience in Adobe Analytics and/or Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe CDP (AEP) or Adobe Journey Optimizer.You can demonstrate 2-3 years of work experience in data analytics or a similar role with familiarity in data governance practices.You hold a degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.You are detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving skills enabling you to validate data and ensure its integrity.You are a proactive communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
