You belong at Bell.SummaryAt Bell, we do more than build world-class networks, develop innovative services and create original multiplatform media content – we’re advancing how Canadians connect with each other and the world.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Technology, the Manager Marketing Technology & Operations will support the Marketing Technology roadmap, digital innovation, and execute on data‑ driven initiatives. This is a fast-paced role and requires the candidate to have a high degree of digital knowledge, project management experience, and excellent problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will take initiative, is proactive, and is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable in the AdTech/MarTech space.Key Responsibilities

  • Support marketing technology strategy and approach, ensuring selection, implementation, and measurement of new technology meets current and future needs
  • Lead planning and implementation of website tagging for Digital Paid Media execution, tracking & optimization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data layer specifications, supply tags to website operations team, and drive QA processes
  • Collaborate with the website dev team and the agenc(ies) to deploy Conversions API or Enhanced Conversions ensuring accurate server-side tracking
  • Troubleshoot tracking and integration issues
  • Support the strategic roadmap for marketing technology by establishing necessary processes, infrastructure, and tools to enhance the development, distribution, and tracking of marketing activities to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure connectivity of ad platforms to data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Funnel, etc.) and data integrity and accuracy troubleshooting as required
  • Can act as an advisor on the privacy compliance standards (cookies)

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with a wide range of technology solutions (Google, Adobe, Salesforce, DCO, ESP’s, data visualization tools, etc.)
  • Experience in vendor management and deploying solutions across multiple business units
  • Strategic thinker ‑ Takes a broad view of the business, industry, and consumer environment to anticipate changes, process re‑engineering and technical innovations.
  • Experience with Tag Management systems and browser debuggers.
  • Excellent understanding of end-to-end process from tag creation to how those tags influence analytics/campaign optimization
  • Ability to navigate various ad platforms capabilities to ensure tag health
  • Ability to gather technical requirements to configure CDP’s destinations to enable proper audience activation
  • Flexible, self‑starter able to cope with ambiguity, and willing to embrace change

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to bring cross‑functional groups together, set objectives and
  • Working knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  • Great problem-solving skills, documentation skills, and attention to detail
  • Previous experience working within an advertising agency or with a media partner.
  • Passion for data, emerging media and technology.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
